		<description>I completely disagree.  I understand that Maddux has had a rough season (although it did start out great).  However, I don't think that you get rid of someone as soon as they aren't performing well even if they are at the tailend of their career.  Maddux is a future hall of fame pitcher who has more to offer the team than just what takes place on the mound.  He has wisdom about this great game, which he has been more than willing to pass on, just look at the way he has mentored Marshall.  The Cubs already lack wisdom and sense from their manager.  Don't get rid of the one person that might actually have something to offer with regard to how to play the game of baseball.</description>
